Central Coast Wedding | Ryan + Melody

I met Ryan almost four years ago at an event at Cal Poly. He was so excited to tell me about his summer plans involving my friends from Sac State and raving about his girlfriend who would be “perfect as my friend”. After a few hours with him hearing about this “perfect friend”, I needed to meet this girl Melody. I stalked her on Pinterest and Instagram.. I even Facebook messaged her saying that Ryan was obviously right based solely upon our Pinterest accounts. We had the exact same taste and we just had to meet.

A few weeks later, we finally met at my (now) husband’s 21st birthday party and it was best-friend-love at first sight. She and I have grown so close over these last few years and was even one of my maids of honor last fall. She loves people around her so well and constantly cracks me up. I’ve been blessed to watch Ryan and Melody grow together over the last few years, chasing their dreams, pursuing Christ along the way and constantly learning how to love deeper.

These two have effected Josh and I’s lives in ways that we cannot explain or thank God enough for. They are constantly pushing us and showing us what it means to love. We were so honored to stand next to them as they committed to forever with one another and I was even more honored to be able to photograph their first look… then party it up with them for the rest of the day while Michelle Lilywhite captured the rest.

Congrats to my babe & her babe. We wish you a lifetime of happy adventures.
